*We highly recommend purchasing a branding and copywriting package to go with your web design package. If you have an existing website, it is possible some graphics, images, and text could be reused. We will take this into an account when giving you a quote.

The Aviation Web Design Process

After a video conference call, we will put together a detailed quote based on what was discussed and have a contract for you to sign. If you like, we can do a second video conference call to go over the quote and answer any questions you might have. Once the documents are signed, we can start with site planning.

Site Planning

After the documents are digitally signed and we receive a deposit, we will invite you to join our projects portal so you can track our progress. Through the portal, we will also assign you some tasks for you to complete. We will start with developing a sitemap and if needed, a wireframe for your review and approval.

Development

Once the Site Planning phase is complete, we can proceed to the Development phase. In this phase, we begin building the pages and inputting text, images, and graphics that you have provided or have been created by our partners. There will be a few times where we will unlock the site so you can see the progress.

Launch

Once the Development phase is complete, we proceed to the Launch phase. In this phase, we set up web hosting and a care plan. We invoice the balance due. Once payment is received, we run through the pre-launch checklist. After everything checks out, we launch the site!

Post-Launch

After the site is launched, you are entitled to 1 hour of one-on-one instruction on how to input content and answer your questions and a month of email support. If you signed up for a care plan you are able to take advantage of ongoing support provided by Trinity Aviation Solutions.
